Our story

Modern Vintage began with a house by the beach in Caseville, Michigan.

Caseville sits on the shore of Saginaw Bay in Michigan's Thumb, a small town made for long summer days, sandy feet, and sunsets over the water. Our home here is where we slow down, and we built it so our guests could do the same.

Made for slow mornings

The best part of any stay starts early: a big mug of coffee, a quiet porch, and nowhere to be. We wanted our home to feel that way from the moment you walk in, so we filled it with pieces that mix old-soul charm with modern comfort. Generous ceramic mugs, warm textures, things that feel like they've always been there.
